We’re so excited to kick off the wedding weekend with welcome drinks at The Savoy, located in downtown Kansas City inside the historic Hotel Savoy.

The Savoy is about a 10-minute walk from Hotel Kansas City, making it an easy stroll for many of our guests staying downtown. For those driving, there are several paid surface lots and garages nearby, as well as limited street parking in the area. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are also readily available throughout downtown Kansas City.

The Savoy is located in downtown Kansas City near the Power & Light District and is easily accessible from I-35 and I-70.

Shuttles will be provided for our out-of-town guests staying at Hotel Kansas City. Shuttles will depart from the Hotel Kansas City lobby at 3:30 pm to transport guests to the ceremony, then return to the hotel for our reception.
Please plan to be in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled shuttle departure time.
For local guests, parking is available at the church for guests who choose to drive and Uber/Lyft is available.

Shuttles for out-of-town guests staying at Hotel Kansas City will return directly from the ceremony to the hotel prior to the start of the reception.

For our local guests, valet parking is available at Hotel Kansas City. There are also several nearby parking garages and surface lots within walking distance of the hotel.
