For those traveling in from out of town, the nearest airport is Kansas City International Airport (MCI), about 25–30 minutes from downtown Kansas City. From there, rideshare, taxis, and rental cars are all easy options for getting into the city.
Our hotel room block and wedding reception will be at Hotel Kansas City, centrally located downtown. Please note the ceremony will take place at a separate church in Kansas City, and transportation will be provided for out-of-town guests to and from the ceremony and reception.
If you prefer other lodging options, there are several nearby hotels, such as Loews Kansas City Hotel, Crossroads Hotel, and Hotel Savoy, as well as Airbnbs throughout downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. Because our wedding falls over Labor Day weekend, we strongly recommend booking accommodations as early as possible, as availability will be limited.
