We’re so excited to kick off the wedding weekend with welcome drinks at The Savoy, located in downtown Kansas City inside the historic Hotel Savoy. Drinks are on us, but food won’t be served, so please plan to eat beforehand.

    The Savoy is about a 10-minute walk from Hotel Kansas City, making it an easy stroll for many of our guests staying downtown. For those driving, there are several paid surface lots and garages nearby, as well as limited street parking in the area. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are also readily available throughout downtown Kansas City.

    Shuttles will be provided for all out-of-town guests. Shuttles will depart from the Hotel Kansas City lobby at 3:45 pm to transport guests to the ceremony, then return to the hotel for our reception.

    Please plan to be in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled shuttle departure time.

    For local guests, parking is available at the church if you choose to drive.

    Shuttles for out-of-town guests will return directly from the ceremony to the hotel prior to the start of the reception.


    We recommend local guests use Uber or Lyft for convenience, especially between the ceremony and reception. Complimentary valet will be provided at Hotel Kansas City for guests who choose to drive. Please let the valet know you are with the Horton / Dimas wedding upon arrival.
