What is the dress code for your wedding?

We’re asking our guests to wear Formal attire. Labor Day weekend weather in Kansas City can vary, but all of our events will be indoors.

Are children welcome?

Your invitation will note if your child/children are invited to the wedding. While we love everyone’s little ones, we can’t accomodate all children. Please reach out to us if you need help finding local child care.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?

Yes, you’ll be able to note on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions. If you have any concerns about allergens, you can reach out to the events manager at Hotel Kansas City at events@hotelkc.com.

Is there someone I can contact if I have any other questions about the wedding?

You can reach out to the bride or groom directly for any questions leading up to the wedding weekend. If you have questions about your stay, you can reach out to Hotel Kansas City.

Will there be transportation available?

All out of town guests staying at the hotel will have transportation available. For local guests, we will provide transportation from the church to the venue after the ceremony.
