We’re asking our guests to wear Formal attire. Labor Day weekend weather in Kansas City can vary, but all of our events will be indoors.

Your invitation will note if your child/children are invited to the wedding. While we love everyone’s little ones, we can’t accommodate all children. Please reach out to us if you need help finding local child care.

Yes, you’ll be able to note on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions. If you have any concerns about allergens, you can reach out to the events manager at Hotel Kansas City at events@hotelkc.com.

We will provide shuttles for all of our out of town guests. Shuttles will depart from the Hotel Kansas City lobby at 3:30 pm.

For our local guests, we recommend using Uber/Lyft to get from the Church to Hotel Kansas City.
